We’re looking for talented and energetic art directors/ designers to join our growing shopper marketing team. We work through the line for some very famous Irish and international brands. We’ve recently been appointed to create all in-store work, for all Mars brands, right across Europe. (Mars brands include Snickers, Twix, M&Ms, Mars, Galaxy, Uncle Ben’s, Dolmio, Pedigree, Whiskas and all Wrigley gum.) Our in-store work with Diageo, UPC and others is also expanding, in Ireland and beyond. And that’s why we’re hiring! If you have what it takes to deliver original and effective creative work for some of the most respected and exciting brands in the world, for up to 40 markets around Europe and beyond, this is an unmissable opportunity.

Full-time position
Salary: Negotiable

Minimum of 3 years’ in a busy studio working to high creative standards and demanding client deadlines.
A strong portfolio of work demonstrating substantial shopper marketing and retail experience.
Confident communication & collaboration skills, with colleagues and with clients.
A great eye for detail. A good sense of humour!

Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will be able to dream up big ideas that translate into exciting consumer experiences in-store and beyond the store.
An excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
A strong flair for creating innovative POS solutions is essential. (Experiential skills would be welcome too.)

You’ll work across a variety of projects and media, in a creative department of 40+ people. (Most closely with the retail activation creative team of 9 people.)
